The Website is a content-management-driven informational website. The Services available include in particular:

You undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and not to use the forms to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or harmful content.
We reserve the right not to respond to inquiries that are unlawful, abusive, manifestly unfounded, or that we are otherwise not in a position to handle.
6. Paid Products and Services; Payments via Stripe
Where we offer paid products or services via the Website, the following terms apply.
6.1 Order process. The presentation of products or services on the Website does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code; it is an invitation to enter into a contract. A contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance of your order in writing or by email, or — for products with instant checkout — at the moment of successful payment.
6.2 Prices. Prices are stated in the currency indicated next to the product or service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are net of VAT; the applicable VAT rate (if any) and the gross price will be presented before order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices for new orders at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment of order placement.
6.3 Payment provider. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and its affiliates ("Stripe"). By making a payment, you also accept Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal) and privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We do not see, store, or have access to your full card details.
6.4 Invoicing. We will issue an invoice or other accounting document in line with Polish tax law. To request a VAT invoice, please provide your business identification (NIP) at the time of order or within the time limits set by law.
6.5 Performance. Unless otherwise specified, we will perform the contract within the timeframe stated in the product or service description, or within a reasonable time agreed with you.
6.6 Withdrawal — Consumers and Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights. If you are a Consumer or an Entrepreneur on Consumer Rights, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. To exercise this right, please send an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email to [email protected]) before the 14-day period expires.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include, in particular:
- contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal;
- contracts for services fully performed at your express request, where you acknowledged before performance that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the contract was fully performed;
- contracts for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- other cases listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
We will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
6.7 Statutory warranty for defects. Consumers and Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights are entitled to statutory remedies in case of non-conformity of goods or digital content/services, in line with Chapter 5a and 5b of the Consumer Rights Act. For other Users, the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) under the Civil Code is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.8 Complaints. Complaints regarding paid Services may be submitted by email to [email protected]. The complaint should describe the issue and your contact details. We will respond within 14 days of receipt of a complete complaint.

10. Service Availability and Modifications
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and operational at all times. However, the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may, at any time and without prior notice, perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily limit availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this section does not affect any mandatory rights of Consumers or Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights regarding non-conformity of digital services under the Consumer Rights Act.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly required by mandatory law (in particular consumer protection law), we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to:
- the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the Content;
- the fitness of the Website or Services for any particular purpose;
- non-infringement of third-party rights;
- the absence of errors, defects, or harmful components.
Any reliance you place on the Content is strictly at your own risk. The Content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to direct damages caused by our intentional fault or gross negligence and, where a paid Service is involved, to the amount you paid us for that Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, except where such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes:
- our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- the rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights under mandatory provisions of Polish law;
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, in particular if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities accrued prior to termination, nor any provisions intended by their nature to survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law).
You may stop using the Website at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or, where appropriate, by email. By continuing to use the Website after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.
For Consumers and Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights, changes to ongoing contracts (if any) will be made in accordance with applicable law and the contract itself.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts. Where the User is a Consumer, jurisdiction is determined by mandatory provisions of Polish and EU law.
Out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including:
- mediation by Polish Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej);
- the permanent consumer arbitration courts (stałe polubowne sądy konsumenckie);
- assistance of municipal or district consumer ombudsmen (miejski/powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów);
- the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Use of these mechanisms is voluntary for both parties.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
16.2 No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.
16.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
16.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided this does not adversely affect your rights as a Consumer.
16.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network or power failures.
16.6 Language. These Terms are made available in English and may also be made available in Polish. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails for Consumers domiciled in Poland; the English version prevails in all other cases, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
